Pricing questions

Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can change plans as the fleet grows or shrinks. Prorated charges or credits are applied automatically on your next bill.
Do you take a cut of deposits or rental payments?
No. The flat monthly fee is the only money we collect. Deposits and rental payments go through your processor on your terms. We never sit in the middle of a customer payment.
Is FleetLoop for multi-location rental groups?
The first version is tuned for single-location independent shops. Enterprise is available for custom needs, but the product is built around one counter and a small team.
Is there a contract?
No. Month-to-month. You can cancel any time from the dashboard and you keep access until the end of your billing period.
How long is the trial?
Thirty days. No credit card is required to start. We will ask for payment details before the trial ends so we can bill you when it does.
Where is my data stored?
In the United States on Cloudflare infrastructure. We do not store FleetLoop customer data outside the US.
